Acupuncture and Recovery
Initial Evaluation and Treatment
75 min - $150
This is if you've never had a treatment session with Hughston before. You will go through an evaluation including medical history, visual examination, and additional tests to help determine and discuss your treatment plan options.
Follow-Up Session
60 min - $100
*Must complete initial evaluation
before this can be booked
This is an individual session that will include a brief review of your status and re-evaluation to determine appropriate follow-up treatment for that session.

Dry Needling Only
30 min - $60
*Must complete initial evaluation

Utilizing trigger/motor point theory, this session will include points for musculoskeletal pain conditions.
Cupping/Gua Sha Only
30 min - $45
Cupping and gua sha, or scraping, are soft tissue techniques that can help provide pain relief and/or supplement all recovery routines
Movement/Sport Assessment
30 min - $75
Your movement needs are specific to your lifestyle and this assessment will help provide you with measurements and help guide your plan to achieve your specific goal. From general movement (i.e. daily life) to job needs (i.e. tactical athletes) to sport specific skill (i.e. golf, tennis, baseball, etc)
Allergy Treatment
30 min - $30
Allergies come in many forms, treatment sessions are shorter, but more frequent in the beginning and sessions get progressively farther apart as symptoms become more well managed.
